Superior hotel, good location close to old town and very amiable staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our studio suite. Great-sized bathrooms with a bathtub. Great overall experience...

Our stay at Rivas 34 Suites Homes was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to Calle Larios. We loved that there was a parking spot available nearby for only 1 euro per day. The customer service manager was amazing, always responding promptly to our messages and providing helpful suggestions for beaches and restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities, such as the kitchen, laundry, TV, and AC. we had a great holiday and felt like we were in our own town.
One drawback was that the balcony/terrace we paid extra for wasn't worth it. It was closed in on all sides and didn't receive much sunlight.

The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our city trip. It was also conveniently located close to the city center and various shops. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the presence of a sofa and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon.
Being on the ground floor, we could hear everything from the street, including motorcycles, traffic, refuse collectors. This made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

A great apartment with all the necessary amenities: air-conditioner, speedy WiFi, hair dryer, towels, and a coffee machine with coffee pads. Very clean and nicely designed. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the historical center and situated in a quiet area. the communication with the staff, especially Ana, was excellent. She was very helpful and responded to all our questions immediately.
There were a few things that could have been better. there was an extra charge of 3€ for new towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment was a great value for money with nice facilities. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus, the location was ideal: easy walking distance to the city center and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.
The street noise was overwhelming, we couldn't enjoy the view from the windows because of it. The bathroom in our apartment had an unpleasant odor, which didn't go away during our stay.
